We have a multitude of mazes open on event nights, the event is now so vast we find it almost impossible to complete everything In one visit.

Yes, we have trained actors for this. Their aim is of course to give you the ultimate scare experience. The experience can and will become very intense and aggressive language and behaviour at times. Please be fully aware the intention is to terrify and entertain.

Yes, we have many different options from, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as a bevy of street food options, such as, burgers, churros, wraps etc.

Tickets are non transferable & NON REFUNDABLE
so we ask that you please make sure you have booked the correct date. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for our guests calendars and diary’s or changes to personal circumstances. Once you have purchased them they are fixed and cannot be transferred to an alternate date or refunded.
This system simply cannot occur for a number of vital operational reasons.

No running is required… Unless you are scared of course, then you may want to run…!!

There are no puzzles or games that need to be solved, however, we do have an optional games section called Anarchy Arcade.

We only offer group bookings and discounts to groups of over 12 guests.

Please contact us with exact dates and group sizes in order for us to be able to correctly quote any possible discount.

Everyone MUST be over the age of 13 years old. Guests aged 13, 14 and 15 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

All tickets must be bought through the ticket link and cannot be purchased any other way.

Fatsoma our ticket supplier deal directly with any problems you are having after you have purchased tickets. Visit www.fatsoma.com/support and they will be able to deal with your problems as quickly as possible.

If you, or anybody in your party, have a history of medical conditions that include heart disorders, pregnancy, claustrophobia, photosensitive forms of epilepsy, back disorders, diabetes, arthritis or asthma then please consult a GP or medical professional about your planned attendance.

Some is outdoor, some is indoor, please dress appropriately for an outdoor experience on a cold October night!

Ticket phases reflect how early guests purchase them. Each phase has a limited allocation.

1st being from January and so on. The earlier guests buy their tickets, the better the ticket price will be. Phase 1 being lowest through to final Phase.

No tickets are ever available to purchase at the door. All ticket holders must have valid pre-purchased tickets to enter.

General admission is access to the full site and all mazes.
All mazes will have various queue sizes from 15 mins, and some can be over an hour, especially if these are new additions to the site.

Access to all stage shows and entertainment.

Only additional costs are:
Fairground rides,
Food and beverages,
And £2 for Thunderdome shock pads.

VIP admission tickets:
VIP gives you unlimited queue jumps for all mazes at all times during event times.
Less wait times give you the best opportunity to see and do as much as possible.
Also includes a VIP T-shirt,
Drink token, and access to our RIP VIP terrace bar.

*Note for Crawl Space:
All guests, including VIPs, must pre-sign up as first come, first served access by appointment only.
This experience is usually fully booked by 6:30 PM, so we strongly advise arrival to the site for doors opening at 5 PM.
As this can only be done in person.
